1. Measuring tape
2. Mirror
3. Non-padded bra
4. Paper and Pen

Note: Stand straight and relaxed, wearing your best fitted non-padded bra for the most accurate results.

Step 1: Measure Band Size

Wrap the measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, just under your bust. Round to the nearest whole number(in inches). If it's even, add 4. If odd, add 5.

Step 2: Measure Bust Size

Now measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape level and not too tight. Round to the nearest whole number.

Step 3: Calculate Cup Size

Subtract your band size from your bust size. Use the difference to find your cup size: 1=A, 2=B, 3=C, 4=D, and so on.

Example Calculation

1. Band: 34 inches
2. Bust: 37 inches
3. Difference: 3 inches
4. Bra size = 34C

Fit Check Tips

For the right fit, the straps shouldn't dig in. The band should be snug but comfy. Cups should fully hold your breasts without gaps or spillage.

 Regular Measurement

Measure yourself every 6–12 months. Your size can change with weight, age or period dates. A well-fitting bra makes all the difference.
