If he has cards like skip reverse and +2 in that colour they can place that  and if the next person has also has +2 they can place that and next has to pick the cars because +2 can be placed with another +2 also If they have any power card like wild and draw four they can place that and next person has to pick four cards  and can change the colour according to their choice. Wild cards can also be used to change the colour. So, now the chances move in clock wise in the same pattern. If anyone doesn't have that colour or number placed  then they have to  pick one card from the deck. So the games move like this round wise. You can place the same colour card or number card in any colour and can use power cards according to your choice and game. Then next person chance comes and goes forward like this. This game makes you use your mind more smartly and calmly and the most important thing any person putting to their second last card in between has to say UNO loudly and if others caught you before you said UNO you have to pick two cards as a penalty.Then in the last card you have to say UNO I have Won The Game. So that's how you win this game. It makes you curious about one another's move
